It is time NOW to love and care for yourself, the same way you do for others!!!  Give yourself permission to connect back with what makes YOU enjoy your life and your body! My name is Dorothy Jantzen, and I have stood in your shoes. Then years ago, I had a wakeup call that changed my life forever.  I had been too busy pushing myself, and doing what I thought I should do, that I stopped paying attention to my own body’s needs and signals. I got to the point where I had to stop almost all physical activity as I had constant back and neck problems.

It was then that I decided to make a change.

I stopped driving myself so hard and looked for ways to simplify the process of keeping mind, body and spirit healthy. This required changing all of the ideas I had about exercise.  I discovered simpler, gentler ways to make my Baby Boomer  Body more energetic and feel better than it has for years… even with the  physical limitations that keep me from many activities I used to love!

I know my gift is being able to help women who wish to evolve to find fitness – inside and out, without going to the gym almost every day of the week. By adjusting the way we exercise and think, we can claim or reclaim a vibrant body and mind.
